The 12th World Games from August 7 to 17, 2025. The World Games competitions will unfold at 27 venues, many of which reflect Chengdu’s smart city planning. Following the Beijing Winter Olympics and Hangzhou Asian Games, the upcoming Chengdu World Games is set to spark a new wave of sports-driven economic momentum in China’s west. A fiery city meets a fiery global event — a perfect pairing of city and sporting spirit. Today, Shandong International Communication Center, in collaboration with Sichuan International Communication Center, has launched "China on the March | 2025 Chengdu World Games: Get ready for a sizzling celebration!".
